Yejj has recently completed a comprehensive, web-based, clinical database for a client (NGO)here.
This exciting tool has enabled them to better manage their client base across Cambodia at clinics in Phnom Penh and across the country. All previous paper based questionnaires, evaluation forms, client notes, & contact details are now all stored in a single online database. This allows for quick and easy access to the data from any computer or phone from any of their offices.
This simple tool can be used for keeping records and data for a range of different organizations that have clients / street kids / at risk individuals who are monitored over a period of time.

IBM Corporate Services Corps Volunteer Team partners with Yejj Web Solutions
Yejj Web is an enthusiastic team of Cambodian developers, designers and programmers. The team’s skills and processes have grown & developed over recent years.
During July, in partnership with IBM’s Corporate Service Corps volunteer program, two IBM staff from Brazil, Renata & Daniela, worked with the Yejj team to further enhance competencies and skills sets.
They analysed the systems and processes used by the team, documenting these and giving insight to how similar systems work within IBM. Following this they delivered dynamic training to the full team regarding these systems. They created a training package for new staff whilst making suggestions for improved working practice within the team.
The result was a great improvement in efficiencies and effectiveness throughout the department.
